Booking and timing

Price and scope
Pricing is based on workload: apartment size, floors, carry distance, travel distance and any add-on services.
Agreed carrying, transport and unloading at the new address.
Packing, materials and special items are agreed separately.

Moving day
It is recommended that someone is reachable.
Otherwise agree keys and a contact person in advance.
Report it immediately, document the damage and keep the packaging so we can resolve the case together.
