What moving help includes
Star-S joins the part of the job you name: carrying, transport and, if agreed, placing furniture in the new home. Belongings are expected to be ready to move unless packing was ordered separately.

When a full household move is clearer
If the home is still unpacked, a storage room is involved, or the timetable depends on a lift booking, a household move is usually the clearer service. The sequence is agreed before anyone is standing in the stairwell.

- floors and whether there is a lift
- an estimate of boxes and large furniture
- whether things are already packed
- preferred date and start time
- gate codes and the loading spot, if you know them
